My opinion

Additionally, plant-based foods have natural sugar sources as opposed to the ones that are added to processed snacks and meals, so it’s easier to control sugar intake when you focus on eating more plants. On top of that, cooked plants tend to retain more vitamins and minerals since most processing is done to increase shelf life rather than nutrient density. Overall, I believe eating more plant-based foods on a regular basis can really help overall health outcomes in the long run.

We have all been in that position before – torn between two different options, unsure which one is right for us. When it comes to making decisions on important topics, research should be your number one priority. Instead of relying on other people’s opinions or ideas, do your own research and make a decision based on your individual needs.
